CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
When I first met John, it was humbling. He was such a pleasant, respectful, and caring person. I thought- I would love to hire him, but I was fearful that he might not be the best... Once he should me his track record, and what he has accomplished in such a short time period it was a no brainer. He was honest from day 1 and told me not to sell my property yet. While other agents were pushing me to sell, he said if I wait I will command a higher price in 6-12 months. He was right, he helped me sell my 28 unit building in Northridge for $7,950,000, which was $950,000 more than other stated.
